_____ c o n d i t i o n

There are remnants that suggest fabric belt loops on the side waist had at one time been present. There are also two, small spots of residue on the back left waist. I'm not sure what caused these but I was able to lift most of the residue. Dress is otherwise structurally sound, beautifully crafted and ready to wear.
